LLM Harvard and Member of the Paris Bar since 1976, Cataldo Cammarata has been advising national and international corporations in all areas of business law and public business law.
He has developed extensive experience in French corporate law over the years. He principally works on acquisitions in an industrial or private equity context (structuring, identification and management of risks). He has also participated in major group restructurings.
Cataldo Cammarata has also an expertise in insolvency and international dispute resolution (white-collar crime, international arbitration, and litigation).
