Member of the Paris bar since 1996, Philippe Rignault is the head of the Public Law department he implemented in 2004, after holding diverse responsibilities as elected representative, both in the French Parliament and local authorities.
His experience with people’s representatives and local officials, together with his knowledge of public structures, allow him to embrace issues related to the law of public authorities and institutions, both at a local and national level.
He has been given several missions by the Government and participates, on a regular basis, to working groups gathered at the request of either the Government or national representatives. He is one of the first lawyers who assisted political leaders being under an investigation proceeding from the Parliament. In terms of litigation, he intervenes in the above mentioned areas of law and assists public and political actors as a whole.
