The firm has assisted Aircalin in financing the renewal of its fleet by tax exemption for four new Airbus aircraft (two A330neo and two A320neo).

Created 35 years ago, Aircalin, the international airline of New Caledonia, is continuing its development by taking a new step forward with the renewal of its fleet of medium- and long-haul aircraft. Aircalin serves 10 destinations directly and operates in code-share with Air France, Qantas, Air New Zealand, Air Tahiti Nui and Air Vanuatu. As an IATA member and IOSA certified, Aircalin, with more than 30 commercial agreements signed with partner companies, reaches more than 100 destinations worldwide. In 2018, the company carried more than 400,000 passengers.

For the legal and financial aspects of this transaction, Aircalin was advised by Squadra Avocats (Richard Routier, partner in the Banking/Finance department) and Palmyre Molet, (Aircalin lawyer).
