Chloé Niedergang

A member of the IPIT team, Chloé Niedergang formerly worked as a consultant in personal data protection and cybersecurity for a leading digital strategy consultancy firm. Previously, she also worked for a large legal department which specialised in IT and personal data issues within the luxury sector, as well as for American and English law firms with renowned IT practices. Drawing on these experiences, Chloé now advises French and international clients on all issues relating to new technology laws, particularly in the areas of IT contracts, personal data and intellectual property. She also supports clients in IT and commercial litigation, and assists in the development of their defence strategies.
