Anne-Hélène Le Trocquer is one of the three partners responsible for the Corporate/M&A & PE/VC practice of Squadra Avocats. Her professional practice mainly covers M&A, strategic alliances, fundraising (PE, venture/growth capital) and reorganisations. She also deals with all types of French Company law issues. Furthermore, Anne-Hélène has developed an industry-specific expertise in the Wine & Spirits industry, the luxury sector, energy transition and in the field of strategic disruptive technologies. She advises cooperatives, family offices, investment funds, numerous industrial players, as well as French and foreign credit institutions. Prior to joining Squadra, she worked in the Paris, London and New York offices of Clifford Chance where she started her career in 2003, Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker, de Gaulle Fleurance & Associés as a partner from 2015, and Aramis.
