Sahra Hagani is a partner at Squadra Avocats, where she leads the Economic Law Department.

She handles all legal issues related to distribution law, restrictive competition practices, contract law, and consumer law.

She assists French and international companies in the deployment of their commercial activities, their contractual policies, and market strategy, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.

Sahra advises her clients on the drafting and negotiation of contracts (distribution, industrial, subcontracting, etc.,), the establishment and protection of physical and digital distribution networks, the audit and optimisation of companies’ commercial and pricing policies, and the organisation and securing of commercial relations with consumers.

Before joining Squadra Avocats, Sahra practiced law at Fidal and Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats.
