LLM Harvard and member of the Paris Bar since 1976, Cataldo Cammarata advises both national and international corporations in all areas of business law and public business law.
He has developed extensive experience in French corporate law over his many years of practice. He works principally on acquisitions in the context of industrial or private equity matters (structuring, identification, and risk management). He has also been involved in major group restructurings.
Cataldo Cammarata also offers expertise in insolvency and international dispute resolution (white-collar crime, international arbitration, and litigation).
