Experience

Graduated from the Institut des assurances de Paris and holder of the Executive MBA from HEC, Solën Guezille is in charge of the “Litigation / Industrial Risks & Insurance” department as an associate of the firm.

For the last 15 years, Solën Guezille has been advising corporate clients, both commercial and industrial, and insurance companies in the management of their disputes at all pre-litigation and litigation stages.

Alongside her clients, she defines and implements a judicial strategy adapted to their specific challenges, constraints and interests.

She practices a significant part of her activity in the field of industrial risk and defective products litigation, and defends the interests of her clients in the context of legal expertise.

Prior to joining Squadra, Solën started his career at Stasi Chatain & Associés, which became Chatain & Associés, as a partner in the team in charge of industrial risk and civil liability litigation.

Other Activities

Solën Guezille is a founding member of ADOC (Insurance and Law of Connected Objects), a think tank that brings together insurers, industrialists and lawyers. She intervenes on questions of liability and insurance generated by the development of connected objects and in particular autonomous vehicles.

Solën is also a member of the ethics and scientific committee of predictive justice. In this context, she is committed to the digital transformation of the judicial world.

She is also a member of AMRAE and AIDA.
