In this 2017 back-to-school period, our firm strengthened its team in Paris and Bordeaux with the arrival of two new partners: Morgane Mondolfo and Stéphanie Gérard.
Morgane Mondolfo, who has previously worked in well-known lawfirms and has over ten years of experience in all strategic and day-to-day issues relating to individual and collective labour relations, is appointed as Head of the employment and labour law department. She mainly assists our clients in the context of collective redundancies, voluntary departure plans, collective bargaining, executive departures, as well as management packages, employee incentive schemes and international mobility issues.
Cataldo Cammarata, founding partner, declared: « labour law, in the current economic environment, is a key issue for every company. Our objective was to be in a position to confirm a specific and sound knowledge in this area. We were immediately convinced of her ability to be in charge of the employment and labour law department as she has a wide scope of intervention combined with an international business experience and is definitely dynamic ».
Stéphanie Gérard specializes in M&A and private equity transactions. She has a specific expertise in the energy and digital sectors. Following her appointment as partner in charge of the Corporate/M&A department of our Bordeaux office, our team comprises four partners acting in this area.
« The partners of our firm were looking for an expert in M&A and private equity transactions to reinforce their dedicated team and assist our clients in the South-West of France; all of them agreed on Stéphanie Gérard’s professional background and her enthusiasm. Her full understanding of business issues, conscientiousness and business experience at an international level are key qualities that will give satisfaction to our clients in Paris and locally », declared François Lan, new managing partner.
« The arrival of Morgane Mondolfo and Stéphanie Gérard is in line with the strategy of Squadra to expand its range of expertise in business law and intensify its intervention in Corporate/M&A matters. With the arrival of these two new partners, the firm enters into a new phase of its development, which should be accelerating in the course of 2018 », added Yves Huyghé de Mahenge, senior advisor.
