A few months after the promotion of Camille Mirabel-Chambaud to partner, Squadra Avocats seeks to strengthen its M&A \/ Private Equity department by welcoming a new partner, Olivier Mourain, to the team. Accompanied by a senior associate, he will support the six-person team of lawyers.<\/p>\n
Olivier works with small and mid-cap clients, both French and international, as well as investment funds \u2013 assisting them through all their capital transactions, be it mergers and acquisitions, private equity, or restructuring. His clients mainly operate in the fields of software, healthcare, blockchain, and renewable energy.<\/p>\n
He holds over fifteen years\u2019 experience in his areas of expertise and has been recognised with numerous awards \u2013 notably for his work in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity.<\/p>\n
After graduating from Paris V University with an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Management and an M.Phil in Civil and Commerical Law, he joined Fuchs, Cohana, Reboul et Associ\u00e9s at its creation in 2007, before becoming a partner in 2017.<\/p>\n
He joins Squadra Avocats in order to offer his clients the benefit of a complete range of services, a comprehensive approach to cases, and a structured team skilled in handling transactional issues.<\/p>\n
