Squadra Avocats assisted the Breizh Café teams, including Bertrand Larcher, the charismatic chef and founder of Breizh Café, for the opening of its third restaurant in Paris, rue des Petits Carreaux in the lively Montorgueil district.

Breizh Café, a restaurant concept based on Breton crepes combined with Japanese culture, is very innovative and has proven its worth for 20 years in Japan. To date, Breizh Café has opened restaurants in Paris, Cancale, Saint-Malo and Tokyo.
