Edouard Schoenke advises and litigates real estate law for national and international clients.

He is particularly involved in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases for all types of assets (shops, offices, shopping centres, etc.) for the benefit of owners or occupants.

He also handles cases relating to real estate investment, real estate development, goodwill and/or leasehold rights.

He assists his clients in their real estate litigation and in particular in matters of commercial leases (renewal rent, eviction indemnity, lease termination).

Before joining Squadra Avocats, Edouard previously practiced at DS Avocats, CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats and Franklin.
