Romane Spannaccini, as an associate, practices both in advice and litigation in rental contracts and more particularly commercial leases for the benefit of owners or occupants. She is also involved, more generally, in real estate law cases.

With the other members of the firm’s real estate team, she regularly participates in training courses given to clients or as part of the partnership with the Lefebvre Dalloz training organization.

Before joining Squadra Avocats, Romane completed several internships in real estate law, including in law firms, at Disneyland Paris and at the Department of Seine et Marne. She also worked for nearly two years at DS Avocats as an intern, a lawyer and then an associate.
