Sébastien Legrix de la Salle advises and litigates national and international clients. He has developed a recognized expertise in rental contracts and more particularly commercial leases for all types of assets (shops, offices, logistics, warehouses,…) for the benefit of owners or occupants. He also has extensive experience in rent fixing and eviction proceedings. Finally, he regularly deals with cases relating to real estate investment, real estate development, business assets and/or lease rights, co-ownership, etc.

Before joining Squadra Avocats, Sébastien previously worked as a lawyer at Ernst & Young in Bordeaux and DS Avocats in Paris and Bordeaux. As a result, he has kept a strong professional presence in the Bordeaux region.
