Victor joined the Corporate / M&A team of Squadra Avocats as an associate, where he advises on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. He assists French and international clients in connection with equity transactions as well as with a wide range of corporate law matters.

Before joining Squadra Avocats, Victor developed his skills within law firms and in the legal department of an investment management company, where he gained solid experience in corporate law and equity transactions.
