Squadra Avocats assisted KABAUN and its founding partners in the consolidation of its shareholdings from Business Angels in BSA Air to support the startup growth and development.
KABAUN’s ambition is to enable all companies to engage easily and effectively in order to collectively lead the fight against global warming, with the simplification of the entire carbon footprint measurement processing chain with tools adapted in e-commerce, industry, logistic and digital.
