Squadra Avocats assists the shareholders of Mobeye in a sale to Roamler
Squadra Avocats assisted MOBEYE in the sale of all its shares to the Dutch company ROAMLER.
MOBEYE is an application that allows individuals to earn money by collecting information about their products in shops for brands.
By joining ROAMLER, MOBEYE makes its Europeanisation possible and will cover the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom and France.
MOBEYE was advised by Squadra Avocats, whose Corporate-M&A team was led by François Lan, partner, with Arnaud Bourdelat, Camille Mirabel-Chambaud and Diane Buzenet, associates.
