As a member of our Intellectual Property, Technology and Data team, Benoîte Chanfray advises both French and international clients on issues relating to intellectual property, information technology and personal data. She also works with the team on litigation and helps to develop clients’ defence strategies, especially in intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, designs and models) and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Squadra Avocats, Benoîte Chanfray undertook various work placements in French and international law firms, both in France and abroad. She has also worked as a legal expert for companies in the film and audiovisual sector. These experiences have developed her strategic and transnational approach to intellectual property.
